How long does shipping take? 

Most items take 2-3 business days from the date of purchase to the date received unless stated in the description. International orders may take a bit longer. 

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.

Can I return my order? 

PLEASE NOTE: All sales purchases are FINAL. Returns or exchanges on merchandise will not be excepted.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The Boys Rule utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your UPS of USPS Tracking number. UPS SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: (Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed) PLEASE NOTE: The Boys Rule does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center.

International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. The Boys Rule is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.

When you sign-up for The Boys Rule newsletter, open an account, or place an order, we collect and store some or all of the following information that you provide: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and telephone number. If you choose to unsubscribe from the The Boys Rule newsletter your email will be removed from our system.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Boys Rule does not accept returns on products ordered from TheBoysRule.com after 5 days of you receiving it. Please note that custom orders can NOT be returned, or refunded. TheBoysRule.com does not refund shipping costs when merchandise is returned. 

STORE SHIPPING POLICY

The Boys Rule will ship purchased merchandise at the cost of the customer. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the item and the location of the customer. Shipping charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The Boys Rule ships via UPS and USPS. The item will ship within 5 business days of payment being verified.
